Exchanges and Returns
As soon as you receive your order, please confirm that it is as expected and in good conditions.
- If there is any kind of defect/damage caused by shipping, i will not be held responsible but may assist you in making a complaint or in claiming insurance (in case you requested and payed for this extra).
- If you wish to make an exchange or a return or ask for a refund, you have 14 days to do so, counting from the day you receive your order. You can exercise this right according to these conditions:
- you will have to inform me of your will by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days counting from the time of order delivery. I will then reply and provide further information for the process to be completed.
- For an exchange/return/refund request to be accepted the items you return will have to be received by me in perfect conditions, with no signs of usage, in the original package and with all contents/parts that came with it.
- Items that were made to order and/or customized and/or personalized in any way cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Costs of returning the order will be covered by you (unless the exchange/return is due to a mistake of my responsibility and you inform me within 2 days of receiving the order)
